Fluidity is Ten Years Old
We’re excited to be celebrating ten years today since we launched!
Thank you to all our wonderful customers and also the many friends and people who have helped us make Fluidity what we are today. We couldn’t do it without you and have enjoyed working together.
It’s been an adventure. We’ve learnt a lot and we’re still learning. We’ve been doing what we set out to do, but we want to do so much more and keep improving.

Why did we start the business?
Fluidity launched in 2013 as ‘Invona’ with the goal of providing a fresh take on IT services. Daniel, our Founder, had had enough of hearing customers complaining about the lack of support when working in the industry in a number of different roles. He finally decided it was time to challenge some of the negative norms in the industry.
The IT industry has often tried to provide low-cost services at the expense of service quality. Also, many IT service providers lacked flexibility in their offerings, requiring long-term commitments and a fixed set of tools to work with that limited options.
Another problem is that many IT service providers focus on “maintenance”. This implies merely keeping people where they are. There often isn’t much that caters for a continuous improvement approach. For high-growth businesses or those needing more consulting and projects, the maintenance approach barely scratches the surface of what they really need.
So, Daniel created Fluidity to provide an uncompromising experience of IT. Using great technology to deliver more bespoke, tailored solutions, offering a more progressive set of services that ensure businesses keep evolving. We help our customers get the most out of the technology they use in ways that are specific to their requirements and preferences. We’re constantly working to improve our offerings, letting technology adapt with you as you grow and thrive.
The world of technology is a fast-changing picture, and some things are important to keep on top of; especially cyber security and the broader information security picture.
